Deliveries
Goods and packages of every kind must be delivered to the Security Desk in the main lobby. Such goods and packages will not only be allowed to be delivered to an individual owner’s apartment at the request of the owner himself. If the owner is not in residence at the time of delivery, the delivered goods will be placed in the manager’s office and the owner shall be notified of the delivery via a notice in his mailbox. Members shall be liable for all damages to the building caused by the receiving of deliveries or moving or removing furniture or other articles to or from the building.

Noise
Unless expressly permitted in writing by the Developer or the Board of Directors, the installation of hard surface floors in any apartment is prohibited, with the exception of kitchen, foyer, bath or balcony floors. Should noise transmission be a problem after installation, the responsibility remains that of the unit owner and not the Developer of the Association. Radio, hi-fi and television sets should be turned down to a minimum volume between the hours of 11: 00 p.m. and 8: 00 a.m. All other unnecessary noises, such a bidding goodnight to departing guests and slamming car doors between these hours should be avoided. Your neighbors will appreciate this.

Guests
Owners shall notify the resident manager in advance by written notice of the arrival and departure dates of guests who have his permission to occupy the apartment in his absence. Owners should have such guests check in at the office upon arrival in order that service can be extended to them in the way of telephone calls coming into the office, incoming mail or any emergency which might arise. Guests will be given copies of rules and regulations and the owners will be responsible for their compliance with such rules.

Pool Rules
Members and their guests using the swimming pool and the beach do so at their risk. Members and their guests are requested to obey the posted swimming pool rules. Children under twelve (12) years using the pool, beach and facilities of the recreation area must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Swimming in the pool is permitted between the hours of 8: 00 a. m. and 9: 00 p. m.

Appropriate Attire
Members, their families and guests shall not appear in or use the lobby or recreational rooms except in appropriate attire. When dressed in swimming attire, all members shall use the service elevator.

Pets
No pets shall be permitted on, or to be transported over or through, the common elements of the Condominium, notwithstanding the same may be carried by the owner thereof, and no pet shall be kept or harbored in a Unit on either a temporary or permanent basis.
The term “pet” shall include all animals of any type including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and other forms of animal life. In order to protect the Common Elements and the Units against possible water damage, the term “pet” shall also include fish and other marine life of any type so that no aquariums shall be permitted in Units.

Trash Chutes
All refuse, waste, bottles, cans, etc. and garbage shall be securely wrapped in plastic bags and sent down the trash chute in a container not exceeding the width of the chute. Trash chutes may be used only between 8: 00 a.m. and 8: 00 p.m. Newspapers, magazines and heavy items intended for disposal shall be placed in the receiving room and not thrown down the trash chute.
